I ordered the sports windshield on the advice of the dealer and various references in magazines and on the Internet, although I like the standard windshield better. After 10000 kilometers and in view of a price of only 35 Euro I decided in autumn to try the standard windshield.

After 600 kilometers I can say that

• the windscreen is very adequate for normal country road speed
• short motorway stages between 160 and 180 km/h are quite feasible
• I like the machine so much better.

The windshield stays on!

Does anyone need a sports windshield for a K1200R?
